Science to Healing
My path to naturopathy and biofeedback began with a deep curiosity about how life works at its most intricate level. When I studied biochemistry, I was fascinated by the elegance of the body’s chemistry — the way every molecule and reaction sustains life. Yet I felt something was missing: the human experience behind those reactions. I was drawn to psychomotor therapy, where movement, emotion, and awareness meet. Through this work, I began to see how the body and mind constantly communicate — and how restoring that dialogue can unlock true healing. But one question remained: What if symptoms aren’t problems to suppress, but messages to understand?

Discovering Naturopathy
I found my answer in naturopathy, a practice that honors the body’s natural intelligence. Its principles — treating the cause, stimulating self-healing, and seeing the person as a whole — resonated deeply with me. Healing begins when we respect our individuality and allow the body to do what it was designed to do: restore balance. Lifestyle, nutrition, habits, and thoughts all become part of the medicine.

Integrating Biofeedback
To complement my naturopathic work, I introduced biofeedback, a bridge between science and natural healing. Using the Quest 9 system, I help clients perceive their body’s subtle bioelectrical communication — the language through which mind and body interact. With awareness comes transformation: the body learns to self-regulate, and the mind learns to trust.

The Space
I created my space as a sanctuary for peace and self-awareness — a place where time slows down, and your body feels permission to breathe again. Soft light, natural textures, and silence invite presence. Here, the only priority is you — your comfort, your calm, your return to balance. When we are truly present within ourselves, self-knowledge and healing can begin.
